This is Blackfire, the delightfully evil sister of Starfire.... i altered her design a bit, to make her look tougher.... and because i really, really, really hate mini-skirts.

Sigh.

One of the saddest parts about the premature cancellation of the Teen Titans cartoon is that Starfire and Blackfire never got their own story arc. After Robin's arc, Terra's arc, Cyborg's arc, Raven's arc, and Beast Boy's arc.... the next logical step was to go back to deep space and have Starfire and Blackfire settle their feud for good.... alas, the sixth season never happened, so we'll never know.

It's a shame, a damned shame.
