I'm surprised that Azula after the series could achieve this level of oneness with an aspect of fire when she's a broken creature at the end of the series.
Zuko... so now an fire elemental rules the fire nation, I think that would certainly pull the dissenters in line. Hopefully he'll keep enough of his common sense not to become an expansionist while his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
