Flagellant-Chicken! Number two of four of the brainwashed Tetra Strike Team...
...this is Mayhem. He's obviously the tank of the group, a ginormous living weapon. The other three members probably spend a lot of time getting him into position so he can do his job. Unfortunately for him, since he's the easiest target, he receives the most damage, and what remains of his organic body is pretty scarred up.
