It was well-intentioned but so not fucking worth it. I can tell Bush truly meant well too, he wasn't evil, just an idiot who believed whatever people like Cheney, Rumsfeld and Rove told him. And even though Saddam is gone, that will never undo the pointless slaughter and torment of countless Iraqi civilians who did nothing wrong, nor does it justify the hatred of Arabs now instilled into many Americans. We all know why they originally went over there anyway--is it really just coincidence that Enron was planning to establish a pipeline in Iraq around the same time the war began?
